Interim Virtual CFO
Our interim Virtual CFO service partners you up with a remote highly experienced CFO with an entrepreneurial background who will work with you to assess your needs and develop a roadmap to help guide your business to success, all at a fraction of the cost of full-time hire or Big 4 consultant. Having traveled the road of entrepreneurship means that our CFO’s understand first-hand the issues of growing a business, and all that entails.
Each engagement begins with an initial assessment that will focus on your goals, your processes, and opportunities to optimize your financial operations. Once engaged, the VCFO will be provide guidance on managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
The VCFO service gives you the access to a CFO who is focused on your business and can fill in for your current CFO during a leave of absence or if the position has been vacated and until a replacement is found. Your businesses financial operations can continue without interruption.

Fractional VCFO
Fractional CFO services are provided at an hourly rate. For businesses that have not operated with a CFO, the benefits of having an experienced entrepreneurial CFO can be substantial. Our Fractional VCFO services provides the same calibre of CFO’s as our Interim service but with the understanding that our clients may not have had a CFO given their stage of growth and are looking to engage a CFO, but only on a fractional basis. Typically, our fractional CFO’s can be engaged for several hours or several days per week.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Our operational service provides you with traditional accounting services for day-to-day operations such as preparing your monthly financial statements, year end, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, industry metrics, and more. These are more traditional bookkeeping and accounting services. Operational services are offered on a per service, or per hour basis, depending on your requirements.
