Susan Malik   |   President

Susan is the President of Clear Insight will overall responsibility for the vision and strategic direction of the company. Susan provides leadership and management with a specific focus on client success, business development and marketing.

Susan has over 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, founding and developing several companies in Canada and the Untied States. She has a wide range of business expertise in such diverse areas as information systems, banking/finance, management consulting, training and education.
Prior to snarling her own businesses, Susan worked as a management consultant for Grant Thornton and provided advice and counsel to small and medium size businesses.

Susan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto. She has continued her education and received numerous certifications in the areas of finance, technology and management.

Anna Yu   |   Senior Partner – Strategic Alliance and Development

Anna Yu is a trusted transformational leader who guides companies and business leaders through growth and change by aligning people, processes and systems to common goals. She has extensive experience in helping organizations and businesses deliver winning business outcomes with proven finance, risk management, marketing, strategic planning, operational excellence, and people optimization strategies.

Anna’s career at Xerox, Dell Financial Services, The CIT Group, and The Bank of Nova Scotia included a broad spectrum of areas leading teams and projects, delivering high performing results in uncovering revenue, profit,cost and operational opportunities.

Anna brings her big business knowledge and experience to small, medium and large enterprise companies experiencing all stages of growth — from early start to those that are experiencing a change in their business model. As President of Yu Consulting Group and Senior Advisor Finance & Business Operations at Wentworth Strategy Group, she helps businesses and leaders develop and achieve strategies for revenue and profit growth with practical solutions.

Anna also holds interim executive roles supporting organizations’ growth strategies, business transformation and implementation and serves as a board member supporting start-up companies and mentorship to entrepreneurs with Futurpreneur. She is an instructor at Seneca College and York University with focus on Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, HR Strategic Planning and Business. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Bob Gill   |   Vice President – Professional Services

As the Vice President of Professional Services, Bob’s primary responsibility is to oversee the team responsible for the delivery of services to Clear Insight’s national and international clients.

With 15 years of experience in software implementations, Bob brings proven practice, leadership and drive to all projects. He leads our services team using our Agile/Scrum delivery approach. He works with clients to collaborate on a product backlog identifying their prioritized needs and managing all features from development to production. With strong communication and transparency, clients are involved in all aspects of the solution delivery to ensure it exceeds their expectations. Bob holds several professional credentials, including PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, and ScrumMaster, along with his degree in Computing Science.

With experience across energy, event planning, telecommunications, engineering, construction, healthcare, and airlines, he offers management consulting expertise along with technology guidance to drive further success.
